Hotel Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the hotel provided, you may decide to quit within 24 hours, and we will refund the hotel & accommodation amount.

Fair Pricing Promise
If you book a higher package but are provided a lower package, you will be charged only for the lower package, and the difference amount will be refunded — even if 50% of your stay was in the higher package and 50% in the lower package.
Example If you booked a Silver Package but received a Super Saver Package, you will be charged only for the Super Saver Package, even if half of your stay was in Silver.

Peak Season Adjustments
During very peak seasons, due to flight cancellations or rescheduling, hotels may sometimes fail to honor their commitments. In such cases, hotels may need to be changed at the last moment, especially in Madinah.
Please be assured, we are always with you and fully committed to supporting you at every step.
Terms & Conditions
- Partly utilized services cannot be refunded.
- Visa, Ticket, and Transport charges are non-refundable.
- Only Accommodation and Meals can be refunded under the guarantee policy.
- Refunds cannot be claimed for specific unused meals (e.g., "I did not take breakfast for 4 days, so refund my breakfast money" is not valid).
- Refunds cannot be claimed for unused services such as laundry (e.g., "I did not take laundry service, so refund me laundry money" is not valid).
- We reserve the right to provide any hotel within the category you have selected. Before booking the package, please ensure you review the list of hotels in that specific category.
