Refund Processing Overview
Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the terms outlined in our Booking and Cancellation Policy. Please note that the ability to provide a refund and the amount of any potential refund are subject to the specific conditions of your booking, the timing of the cancellation, and the policies of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) involved in your package.
Alignment with Cancellation Policy
- As stated in our Cancellation Policy, an initial amount (e.g., Rs. 40,000 per person) is typically non-refundable as it covers initial booking costs and administrative fees.
- Cancellations made closer to the departure date result in higher non-refundable percentages (e.g., 50% or 100% of the package amount) because costs incurred with suppliers become non-recoverable by that time.
- Refunds for any eligible amounts (i.e., the portion of your payment that is not non-refundable according to the cancellation policy) would be processed after deducting the applicable non-refundable fees.
Refund Timeframe
The processing time for any potential refund can vary depending on the original payment method, bank processing times, and the time it takes to confirm cancellation details with relevant suppliers. We aim to process eligible refunds as promptly as possible, but it could take several weeks.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain components of a package might be non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing, such as visa fees once submitted, or specific non-refundable flights or hotel bookings secured for your package.
