Itinerary

Arrival in Jeddah & Transfer to Madinah (By Bus)

Arrive at Jeddah International Airport. Complete immigration formalities and meet our local representative.
Proceed to Madinah al-Munawwarah by luxury bus (approx. 5–6 hours journey).
Check in at your hotel and rest after the journey.
Overnight stay in Madinah.

Madinah

Day 2–5: Spend these peaceful days in the blessed city of Madinah.
Offer daily prayers, Roza, Namaz, and Duas at Masjid an-Nabawi.
Engage in Ibaadah and reflection.
Optional visits to nearby holy sites like Jannat al-Baqi, Masjid Quba, Masjid Qiblatain, and Saba Masajid.
Overnight stay in Madinah.

Madinah Ziyarats

Guided Ziyarats: Visit the historic and spiritual landmarks of Madinah including:

Masjid Quba – the first mosque in Islam

Masjid Qiblatain – where the Qiblah was changed towards the Kaaba

Mount Uhud – site of the famous battle

Graves of the Martyrs of Uhud
Return to hotel and spend evening in Ibaadah and rest.

Day 7–10: Continue your stay in Madinah.
Spend more time in Masjid an-Nabawi, especially for Tahajjud and Nawafil.
Recite Qur’an, make Duas, and strengthen your spiritual connection.
Engage in acts of charity and reflection.

Eid in Madinah

Celebrate Eid in the sacred city of the Prophet ﷺ.
Offer Eid Namaz at Masjid an-Nabawi.
Enjoy the blessed atmosphere, meet fellow pilgrims, and spend time in gratitude and remembrance.

Madinah to Makkah (By Bus)

Check out from your hotel in Madinah and depart for Makkah al-Mukarramah (approx. 5–6 hours journey).
During the journey, recite Talbiyah as you approach the holy city.
Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and rest.

Perform Umrah in Makkah

Perform Umrah under the guidance of our group representative.
Complete Tawaf, Sa’i, and Halq/Taqsir with devotion.
Rest and recover after performing Umrah.

Makkah

Spend the day in Masjid al-Haram for prayers and Ibaadah.
Optional: Perform 2nd Umrah from Masjid e Ayesha (Taneem) or Masjid e Jurana.
Evening free for personal Duas and reflection.

Day 17–18: Dedicate your days to worship in Masjid al-Haram.
Perform Nafil Tawaf, recite Qur’an, and spend time in remembrance of Allah.
Optional: Perform another Umrah if desired.

Farewell Prayers in Makkah

Spend your final full day in Makkah offering special farewell Tawaf (Tawaf al-Wida).
Engage in heartfelt Duas for acceptance of your Ibaadah.
Evening free for packing and preparation for departure.

Departure

Check out from the hotel and transfer to Jeddah Airport (approx. 5–6 hours journey).

- A minimum of Rs. 25% of the package Price must be paid to secure a booking.
- Full payment is required 21 days before departure.

- Infant (0-2yrs)
- child without bed allowed between (2-6) years
- child above 6 years should be taken with bed
- child with bed will be same as adult

- 25% Booking Amount is Non refundable
- 50% of the package amount is non-refundable if canceled 21 to 30 days before departure.
- 100% of the package amount is non-refundable if canceled within 21 days of departure.
- Date change charges: Rs. 10,000 per person, plus any applicable additional charges, for changes made 21 to 30 days before departure.
- No date changes are allowed within 21 days of departure;
- Refunds are done 10th Of Every Month and Chq has to be collected from Booking Office.

- All Prices quoted are per person and in Indian Rupees.
- In case of package booked without umrah visa through us, than transportation will be subject to availability.
- Peak season groups will have an additional surcharge.
- Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
- Unutilized services are Non-refundable.
- Hotel Distance may vary. Distances given are from the outer border of Haram Shareef & Masjid-E- Nabvi.
- Rooms Allotment as per hotel management, no room choice will be entertained.
- Rooms Check-In time at 04.00 PM and Check-Out time at 12.00 PM (Saudi Local time)
- The tour costs are based on Currect Prices of Saudi Riyal. Any increase in the given rates before departures of the tour shall be collected from the passengers.
- If you travel individually other than group dates & flights, you will bear the additional transportation charges as per your itinerary.
- Passengers have to arrange wheelchair on own.
- All services are pre-booked and are based on strict timings. Any delay resulting in the pax missing the benefit of the services, then we are not responsible.
- We are not responsible for any loss/damage/ color loss or discoloration of clothes due to Laundry.
- Local Ziyarat are subject to local regulations.
- Late comers will be left behind. No Alternate ziyarat or refund shall be given.
- We are not responsible for any luggage losses, Injuries, damages, Accidents and additional expenses due to any reason, not limited to, delay of flight, act of God, deportation, umrah visa expiry, theft, personal injuries, damages related to laundry.
- Services, Itinerary, and prices are subject to Saudi and Indian Government regulations.

1. Any luggage exceeding the airline’s standard allowance, as stated on the ticket, will be the sole responsibility of the pilgrim and must be paid for separately by the pilgrim at the airport itself.

2. If the package is booked without an Umrah visa arranged through us, transportation services will not be included and will be charged additionally. Any fines levied due to Non-adherence of this policy shall be borne by the passenger themselves.

3. Any service included in the package but not utilized by the pilgrim shall remain Non-refundable.

4. Hotel room allotment is handled directly by the hotel as per their internal policies. Specific room preferences cannot be guaranteed or entertained.

5. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (Saudi local time).

6. Requests for rooms on the same floor are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Hotels are subject to change based on availability. Changes may occur without prior notice. However, every effort shall be made at our end to provide a Hotel with similar quality, rating and comfort.

9. We are not responsible for any damage, color fading, or loss of garments due to hotel laundry services.

10. Local Ziyarat visits are governed by local Saudi regulations. Pilgrims who arrive late will be left behind, and no alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided.

11. We are not liable for any loss of luggage, injury, medical issue, accident, additional expense, or inconvenience due to delays, deportation, natural calamities, theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

15. All dates, flights, and itineraries are tentative and may change based on airline availability and operational requirements.

17. The tour price is calculated based on a fixed exchange rate of SAR 1 = ₹23.00. Any substantial fluctuation in exchange rates at the time of passport submission will result in a price adjustment payable by the pilgrim before departure.

18. Appointments for Riyaz Ul Jannah are controlled via the Nusuk app and are not guaranteed. Delays or failures in securing appointments are beyond our control.
