According to government policy and social customs in Saudi Arabia, it applies to Saudi Nationals and Residents that a marriage certificate needs to be provided upon check-in if a male and female shares a room.
As per the directives of the Tourism Ministry In Saudi Arabia, the Official Checkin time in Makkah and Madinah officially starts from 6pm onwards therefore the Hotel Check-in time may vary and kept at the discretion of the Hotel.
Non-Muslims cannot enter Makkah.
